I’m not just a clinician speaking from what I was taught in school. More than 20 years in mental health, including corrections, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and psychiatric residential treatment facilities, taught me what pressure looks like when polished answers stop working.
That experience shaped a direct, structured style: understand the pattern, respect what it protected, and build a next step that works in real life.
